“Hansen Auto Service is the absolute best in the West metro!!! They diagnose and communicate with their clients thoroughly. Sean always helps talk about the most affordable parts and labor cost is reasonable. They are always prompt with service - I always have my car back quickly!! “I walked in their shop and was greeted by Garfield - a chunky cat that looks like the cartoon. From the pleasant welcome Poppa Thurk gave me to his son (Tim) and nephew (Andrew) taking care of major maintenance on a run down enclosed trailer, I was encouraged there's still a family business out there who really cares about the customer. Job well done and what a refreshing change from corporate chains. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Having a trusted mechanic in your corner is such a gift! Kyle and his team are true professionals - honest, hardworking and very knowledgeable. We are always on a budget when it comes to car repairs and this shop helps us prioritize the must haves well. Their process is smooth - the scheduling option online is so helpful. The inside waiting area upstairs is clean & comfortable and the downstairs play area for kids is unmatched!”

“Competence, integrity, impressive knowledge of vehicles AND personable, what the…?!? I have a new mechanic. Left with the best possible outcome, peace of mind that my truck was fully inspected. All issues were either addressed or pointed out.”
