I’ve had a bit of a headache dealing with my insurance company through this process, but the gal at the front desk went above and beyond to reassure me that they’d do everything they could to take care of it.

When it came time for the replacement and install, the gentleman from the back shop was kind, detailed, and took the time to explain what was happening and how they were addressing the issue.

The right front hub went out in my 2013 Ram 3500 leaving my wife and I stranded 130 miles from home on a holiday weekend. I called O'Reilly's and spoke with Preston. They had all the parts on hand, allowed me to do the repairs in their parking lot, and Preston even loaned me his personal tools to help do the job. “If we could give 10 Stars !!!! We searched everywhere for the truck we wanted! Of all the hundreds of dealerships ? Schwieters Ford just happened to have the exact one!!! After talking to Derek, and him giving me a very good and reasonable idea on our trade value! We asked if he would pull it aside and give us time to travel to them.. almost 3 hours and l can't begin to tell you how happy my Wife and l are that we took the drive!!!

It was seamless and enjoyable... Then we met Jeff in finance.. what a breeze, no pressure no big extra ching $$ no pushing products on us .. instead we signed our documents talked about his beautiful husky dog and we were back out to David who had our truck detailed , tank full all questions answered and we couldn't be happier !!!!
