“This guy is one of the honest guys. Once he finds the problem he will get ahold of you and explain everything so there no confusion. When he's done he will take the time show you the part is bad. Not like dealers who just give you a list and a number on replacement.”
“I had an issue with a windshield install, and Monte Motor Sales has been incredibly kind and accommodating through the entire process. I’ve had a bit of a headache dealing with my insurance company through this process, but the gal at the front desk went above and beyond to reassure me that they’d do everything they could to take care of it.
When it came time for the replacement and install, the gentleman from the back shop was kind, detailed, and took the time to explain what was happening and how they were addressing the issue.

“If we could give 10 Stars !!!! We searched everywhere for the truck we wanted! Of all the hundreds of dealerships ? Schwieters Ford just happened to have the exact one!!! After talking to Derek, and him giving me a very good and reasonable idea on our trade value! Can't say enough about this guy !! Wow.. he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about everything Ford/Technology and got us completely set up in our new F-150.. we did more laughing and talking about life and traveling than boring paper work and the grind of making the deal . It was seamless and enjoyable... Then we met Jeff in finance.. what a breeze, no pressure no big extra ching $$ no pushing products on us .. instead we signed our documents talked about his beautiful husky dog and we were back out to David who had our truck detailed , tank full all questions answered and we couldn't be happier !!!!
