“Most usually we know what we want when making a "Running's" run, Lol... We like how we don't have to drive across town out of the way, Boom, they're convenient on the old side of town. Wish they carried some straw/hay/alphalpha of some sort, with only 1 place that does, limited hrs ... We like having the supervisors participating. A downfall, there's many employees that don't communicate or engage with customers unless we approach them. I struggle due to walking issues & hardly approach by employees for assistance, again, unless customer approach them. Oh, AnnnnnnnnnD when you're a chicken mom.... This time of year, always a few newbies. ??”

“We have consistently been impressed with Super Target stores and their exceptional customer service. Although we do not frequent the Monticello location often, our preferred Target store is in Otsego/Elk River due to its convenient location. A notable feature of this store is its cafe and dining area, which boasts ample natural light from the outside windows. However, I was informed by a Target manager that this amenity may be removed during the store's future renovation. We hope this is not the case. We are aware that Monticello/St.Michael residents regularly shop at this store and appreciate its optical department. It is reassuring to know that another outstanding Target store exists in our region. We intend to visit this location more frequently when shopping in Monticello. We do love that they sell our favorite Krispy Kreme donuts and Pizza Hut. It seems many Target stores in MN are now doing this.”
