“Every time I come to this particular store (Victra by Verizon) these guys work their magic! It's awesome how the guys here know more about Verizon than the Verizon corporate employees. Last time, Michael helped me, upgraded my plans, upgraded my phone and helped with service! This time, Ethan worked the magic! He upgraded my internet box, my service restored magically when he sent a text (I didn't even know that it wasn't on yet) and he gave me information on the new Galaxy releasing, the Z-fold, and iPhone 18! Which I will be getting thanks to his knowledge! Thank you, Ethan and the guys at this store in particular!”

“Amazing staff! Very helpful with setting up my new phone. Made sure I had everyone i needed, and went above and beyond! She even cleaned my watch and paired it to my new phone for me and helped me navigate the new device.”
“Destin was very helpful and fast. I felt bad for the guy he was alone and there was a line full of people but he didn't show any distress and was professional and friendly. Thanks for great service Destin!”

“I stopped at the store on my way home, thinking it was going to take a long arduous amount of time to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. However, working with Alexander certainly has changed my mind about this particular Store! He knew exactly what to do, made it very quick and painless, and got me all the right discounts. Would highly recommend heading over to this store if you’re looking to switch!!! Saved me over half on my bill!!”
