“Every time I come to this particular store (Victra by Verizon) these guys work their magic! It's awesome how the guys here know more about Verizon than the Verizon corporate employees. Last time, Michael helped me, upgraded my plans, upgraded my phone and helped with service! This time, Ethan worked the magic! He upgraded my internet box, my service restored magically when he sent a text (I didn't even know that it wasn't on yet) and he gave me information on the new Galaxy releasing, the Z-fold, and iPhone 18! Which I will be getting thanks to his knowledge! Thank you, Ethan and the guys at this store in particular!”

“Govna was AMAZING! She had an enormous amount of patience and helped with getting a friends transfer pin from Boost! Yes, her name is GOVNA, however, trying to get a transfer pin from Boost is like trying to ACTUALLY meet the GOVERNOR! Needless to say, her customer service was wonderful!”
