About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service provides essential mail and package service. The staff is generally described as very friendly, likable, and great people who know what they are doing, contributing to a great small town vibe. The mail carriers are incredible troopers who tough it out through inclement weather, significant loads, and being constantly overworked and understaffed using vehicles that are falling apart, showing sacrifice to provide a service many take for granted. They have the utmost respect for continuing this work. While most people are friendly, sometimes there might be a cranky individual. There have been serious allegations of staff violating federal law regarding mail access for homeless individuals, though other reviews note that problems often have nothing to do with the local postal workers.

Angela Bye needs to get fired as the USPS North Dakota-Minnesota district manager. She initially downplayed the issues and disagreed with federal recommendations for more personnel.

I could not be MORE disappointed in the mail delivery service to our home. It seems like the full time assigned carrier on our route goes out of their way to find reasons to NOT deliver our mail.
It is really getting old.

Very unprofessional. All they want to do is argue with you. They get paid very well from the tax payer.
