Wells Fargo Bank in Monticello offers personalized attention to help support financial goals. The bankers are all so nice and helpful, with customer service that is amazing and top notch. Staff members are organized, thorough, and incredibly helpful, taking the time needed to resolve issues. They empower customers with self-service tools and are dedicated to making educated choices. While calling ahead for an appointment is suggested for some needs, the team will make time for walk-in customers, even if there is a wait. The quality of the internal employees stands out, providing service that customers can count on and trust with their finances.
The bankers here are all so nice and helpful. Depending on what you need to do, if if you need to speak with a banker you might want to call ahead for an appointment, however even when we in out of the blue they made rime for us (though there was a wait time).

Our banker James was absolutely fantastic. He was organized, thorough, humorous and best of all wanted us to make educated choices. We feel we made a great choice for our banking needs and are so grateful to have found someone we can trust with our finances and financial questions. Get this man his own branch!!
