Customer service goes above and beyond. Jeff and his crew are always courteous and knowledgeable. So much so that I pass a number Buick GMC dealerships but always worth the 45 minute trip from minneapolis to Monticello. I just bought a Buick Encore GX last month from them.

The dealership had the vehicle we were looking for, the sales person promptly showed us the one we wanted, we drove it and decided to buy it fairly quickly.
