“I spoke with Dillion (sp?) the Manager of Moorhead O'Reilly's and explained what happened (see my previous review). I was going to go there the next morning to work with him on changing my cabin air filter but life happened bc it's unpredictable and couldn't make it. I called there and told them I didn't mean to leave him hanging. Yesterday, I called over there to see if Manager Dillion was there, and he wasn't bc managers have to manage and do stuff and it was later in the day. A kind guy named Trevor said that he can't change the cabin filter for me, but I could borrow the tools and bring them back. I told him I appreciated it, but I don't have much gas(not even enough for one gallon). I told him I may or may not go over there. Autozone was closer by and so I went there and got my situation figured out. This morning, I called O'Reilly's, and Trevor answered again. I told him my situation and that I went to Autozone instead but that I appreciated their willingness to lend me the tools to change my air cabin filter. So because of that true kindness and trust between us, I told him I would make a different review, and that when I have the money I want to go buy some of their cool stuff--like seat covers, and their Blue Magic for the Headlights that get cloudy--that works like a charm! So thank you, Dillion and Trevor, for taking my concerns seriously and changing things up to provide good customer service to us all. Also, Shout Out to Autozone ShitShow Supervisor XD I need to write a fun review for them too. All the businesses in this area can work together! “Brought in my 14 Mercedes’ E350 4matic with what seemed to be a major problem. All dash lights were on and car was in limp mode. The guys at RRM tracked it down to the burnt out headlight module and disconnected it and the cars been running great since.”
