“Had a couple rust spots show up on my rocker panel. They took care of the rust and asked if they could rhino line the panels. They did and said they could also do my running boards. I wish I had a before picture of my rear bumper, but it had several paint chips and they repainted it and it matches pretty well. No issues and good communication along the way”

“My serpentine belt snapped and I barely made it into the lot. When I couldn't get the new belt on, an employee, Pedro came out to help me work through it. When we discovered a stripped locking nut on the other belt, he didn't hesitate - he got right down under my car, got the stripped nut off in no time, and took extra time to help me hunt down a replacement part.

1) he helped me by installing an interior map light, and
2) by adjusting a running exterior light(so no new one needed)
3) find an old school adapter, so I can plug my cell phone into the cigarette lighter of my beautiful 2011 Honda Odyssey and play tunes, and
4) find the most cost-efficient vent mount autolock phone holder for my cell phone so my cell phone will stop sliding all the heck over the place while I'm looking for it while driving dangerously.
Today, I was helped by a helpful --apologies for using the same root in two words in the same sentence -- Joseph at the same store, because I needed an air pressure tire gauge to keep my tire safely on the payment. He had a terrific attitude and solidified the great relationship I have with O'Reilly Auto Parts. Not sure the name of the manager who is also there today supervising (not that they need it, but he may have more knowledge, does have more knowledge), but he was a silver mine of information as well.
