“Kristoff was excellent to work with!!! He made it so easy for the transition of transferring to a new phone!!! And he got to keep his old phone!!”

“After a nightmarish time trying to get phone service through Mint, I went back to my old wireless carrier. Matt, in the US 10 at 28th Ave location, was trying to do the work of 3 people by himself. But he pulled it off. He sold me a home internet hub, phone service and a brand new phone. Everything worked when I got home. Did not have to contact Vz support for anything. Don't let the bright pink from Tmobile think for you. Verizon is the better network in the upper midwest, and the all-around better carrier.”

“I recently visited the T‑Mobile store twice — once to transfer information from my old phone to my new one, and once to return my old device. Both times, the employees were incredibly patient and kind with this old lady!! (Too old too remember their names it seems). They took their time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or confused. Their helpfulness and professionalism made the whole process so much easier. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service I received. I highly recommend this store!”
