Enrique was very bubbly and was happy to help when we walked into the store… my husband told him what the situation was and he said yes I can help u and explained that we might be able to get your service up we might not be able to but he was very personable about it he explained it very well……. The person on the phone that Enrique is talking to is also very awesome she explained everything perfectly for us to understand!!!
