“Jessica was great. I was upgrading a phone, another client had a tech question, another was interested in upgrading for their business and she was trying to handle all of us at once. Alone. She didn’t get flustered, she continued one step at a time, then would transition to the next customer, and continued rotating to try to keep us all engaged and all projects moving forward.
While many people may have become agitated about their co-worker calling in, she just leaned into it and was very pleasant the whole time. She is the epitome of why the corporate Verizon stores are inferior to satellite stores. Her customer service was outstanding.”
