No soft served ice cream 95% of the time year round, slushies that taste like soap(literally, happened 4+ times..
If your cleaning the machine drain the slushie colored liquid, put a sign out of order for cleaning), food still out past best by time and no discount (I've asked several staff for one), undercooked burgers and an older cashier who's impolite (doesn't even talk, no greeting or have a good day even when I say it...only total charge no other words, they made as well put out a robot)and she's on her phone while checking me out. Also alot of times when I'm ready to checkout the staff will be sitting in the office on their phone or visiting with another staff.

I’ve attempted to stop here multiple times for breakfast and there is never food ready at 5 am or even around 5 am when I’ve stopped. Every other Casey’s location has food ready to go before that store opens the doors in the morning. Also when I stop there at other times of the day, I’m disappointed with the customer service. Employees don’t have good customer service skills at all. Store is always a mess. Worst Casey’s I have ever been to. Something needs to be done about this location.

There phone order system for pizza is scrued up, used to be able to call and talk to order, it messed up and ordered us 2 pizza, don't want 2, manager wouldn't straighten it out, said she couldn't do anything about it, so we just left, won't buy there again.

The gm u hired don't do nothing she the worse GM u hired she likes to boss every one around worse store in this area again food not done way to much on pizza dough is raw I'll never come to this store again doughnuts are burnt never out but couple days a week u guys suck so dose this gm treat people like shit I'll never go in again

i called around 1259 pm for a question.and suddonly the other person asked who i was and then i refused.and afterwords-they said"what can i help you with."For 2 general question aboutif they do ATM over there.and if they do gift cards for casey's."No answers on the phone"while i called back and they hung up i guess.my guessing is they dont do answers on the phone.but should told me this before i called back in the beginning.
