The bike, which is the best purchase I've made in a long time, did need a repair recently (a rare issue for these bikes). The team at B-C got right to work on the bike, kept me updated, and ultimately fixed the issue. Strongly recommend this bike shop.”

Sean helped me get to the store when I got a flat a mile out, and Eric showed me all the fixes he performed on my new wheels that I foolishly got from a big box store, when I likely could have found a better used one here at the same price point, but, anyway... I really can't express enough gratitude.
