“We were calling around for a shop to install 4 tires and almost everyone we called were 2 or more weeks out, when we called ultimate tire and spoke with Scott he got us in immediately, same day. When we arrived his parking lot was absolutely full of vehicles but that didn't stop him from getting to ours as well, he estimated an hour and 20 minutes and I kid you not that vehicle was parked at the front door ready to go in an hour and 15 minutes, the service you get is second to none, we can't thank Scott and the crew at ultimate enough for always going above and beyond, for always delivering excellent customer service and to Scott and the crew you aren't a number, you aren't just the next customer, youre a friend and neighbor in the community. “I had Mike do a timing rebuild on my Ford Expedition. He gave me a great price, scheduled the work, and then called me to see if I could drop it off early because he had an opening. After I got the expedition back, chaos erupted under my hood. Took it back, Mike told me it would be a week because he was booked solid, but he would come in on the weekend and figure it out. Called me two days later to say that one of the new parts he had replaced had failed but he stayed late the night before, got it replaced and it was good to go.
Obviously, having a new part fail sucks, but that is outside of their control. What they can control is making sure that the customer feels taken care of, and they did an excellent job of that by giving me a good price, getting me in early, answering all of my questions, and then prioritizing my vehicle when it needed to go back.”
“Our delivery truck broke down in Osakis. Knowing it’s usually impossible to get an emergency auto repair, we took a chance on a place my business partner had heard of, but had never been there before. And man … were we lucky to find this gem! Mark had a full day, but he knew the truck wasn’t safe to drive, so he ordered a part and had the truck in the road in less than two hours. I’ve never experienced such good service in the auto repair industry! Thank you!”
