“Over the weekend my checking account was compromised, so after putting a freeze on my account via a phone call to customer service I came in when the branch opened on Monday. Without an appointment the branch manager, Holly Kvapil, met with me, changed over my checking and savings, updated my account to my married name, called and got me new credit/debt cards to be sent to my house, and answered all of my questions.
