Been banking with this branch for over a year NOTHING HAS CHANGED NOT MY JOB OR NOTHING, NOW IM BEHIND BANKER JUST HUNG UP WHEN I SAID this puts me behind

This bank doesn’t even ever answer the phone - ever ever , I had us bank even set up a phone appointment and they didn’t bother to even call how can you do business with a bank you can’t even talk to and what I need has to be gotten through them not main banking number ! Ridicules!

I have been here a couple of times and there is always only one teller working and one at the drive through. US bank do better! You can’t have people waiting over 30 minutes for service when its not even busy
