Service is timely, even for older cars, and prices are in line with elsewhere, sometimes with a helpful discount. We live 3 hours away from the cities and our son had our car and it had a major problem! Had it towed to Honest 1 ! Over the phone they took care of everything and our son was able to pick up our car within days and back in the road! They were amazing!
