“Outstanding service! We lost a serp belt at 5pm on the interstate, 300 miles from home, and they were nearby and open. We pulled up and told Mike the situation. His sister pulled the car out of their single stall, and pulled ours in. He had a quick look around and determined the alternator/AC compressor/etc were working, and the serp belt had frayed off. His sister ran to the parts store, got the belt, he installed it, and we were back on the road about an hour after we got off! And we were shocked at how little they charged us for this extremely helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable service, all when we were in a bit of an emergency. He even gave us some tips on maintenance as we were finishing up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“My dad taught me the basics of car care growing up, so when I noticed something was off with my brakes, I wanted to have it checked before the upcoming winter. I figured I’d get my oil change and tire rotation done at the same time. After researching several places, I chose R&S based on their good reviews and relatively affordable prices in today’s market. Free loaner cars were also a big plus.
Overall, I think they did a wonderful job and provided quality service.
That said, I was a bit frustrated during the process. I was initially told my car would be ready by a certain time, which was then pushed back multiple times until I was finally told to pick it up the next day. The next day during the road test after the new back brakes were on, the team concluded that my front brakes needed replacing after all, even though there was technically pad left. My car was still not braking right, meaning more time in the shop to replace the front pads. Near the end of the second day I was finally able to get my car back. Car repairs are never convenient and definitely come with headaches like this.
While communication during the repair could have been better and would have eased my worries, I want to acknowledge that Rick truly cares about the quality of his and his team’s work. I had some concerns about the invoice because it didn’t quite match what we discussed over the phone. Rick took the time to go over the details with me line by line, explaining everything clearly(even the card processing fee). In the end, everything made perfect sense and I am happy with the work.”

“Honestly the only thing I can say is I’m very thankful towards Nic, been sticking with nic for years now for any towing that needs to be done on my cars especially and it always was a wonderful experience . A few days ago, had to take my car to the auto shop and have to wait for 30-40min and nic was willing to wait for me & I’m sure he’s busy and probably do have other things to go do but was still willing to wait for me when I ask if it’s ok and I just wanna say I’m very thankful for that because he didn’t have to but he was willing to. Definitely will refer Nic to friends and families that needs towing & I will most definitely be contacting Nic again for any future towing needs .”
