“Ignition was jammed and couldn’t get key in to turn the ignition so my car was a sitting duck after some car jackers try to steal it. Cody was able to tow my truck from my work to my driveway and did an exceptionally great job with the car not being able to be in neutral. Highly recommended!”

Brought my vehicle in after accidently taking my fender off.
I made multiple inquiries on a Thursday evening and got called first thing Friday morning. Complete Auto Service was the only one of 3 shops to call me back.
They offered me a same day appointment but I was unable to make it. We then scheduled it for Monday morning. They allowed me to drop it off after hours in order to assist with my busy schedule.
While the Jeep was in the shop they called me periodically to give me updates.
When I searched how much fender clip repair was on the internet- it varied quite a bit. My research said anywhere from $300-$2000 and possibly more dependant on the damaged. CAS quoted me $200 and then when I picked up the Jeep.. It was even less!
Great service. Friendly employees. I'll definitely be back.... Just hopefully not to fix my bumper again!

“Above and beyond customer service. I came in with a tight budget, side view mirror gone a good amount of scratches on the drivers side . Took awhile to find the part (i have quite an old car) but they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way and on top of that, they buffed out almost all of the scratches I had free of charge.
Car looks great and they have a great team there that clearly cares about their customers. Glad I chose this body shop, particular shoutout to Husein!”

“I feel really lucky to have met Rick. He is very kind, honest, and offered me a reasonable price. My car was making noise when accelerating, and I was quite worried about it. After the inspection, he fixed the noise in my car perfectly with just around a $5 hose clamp and said everything eles was fine. His general inspection clearly did something for my car, and both the brake and noise issues were resolved. I'm glad to find shop I can trust, and I will recommend R&S to my neighbors and friends.”
“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

I dropped off my vehicle that day and they had it ready by lunch time on Thursday. Was up front friendly and was half the price of victory auto and glass. “Honestly the only thing I can say is I’m very thankful towards Nic, been sticking with nic for years now for any towing that needs to be done on my cars especially and it always was a wonderful experience . A few days ago, had to take my car to the auto shop and have to wait for 30-40min and nic was willing to wait for me & I’m sure he’s busy and probably do have other things to go do but was still willing to wait for me when I ask if it’s ok and I just wanna say I’m very thankful for that because he didn’t have to but he was willing to.
