Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. I will definitely go there again if need be.”
“Outstanding service! We lost a serp belt at 5pm on the interstate, 300 miles from home, and they were nearby and open. We pulled up and told Mike the situation. His sister pulled the car out of their single stall, and pulled ours in. He had a quick look around and determined the alternator/AC compressor/etc were working, and the serp belt had frayed off. His sister ran to the parts store, got the belt, he installed it, and we were back on the road about an hour after we got off! And we were shocked at how little they charged us for this extremely helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable service, all when we were in a bit of an emergency. He even gave us some tips on maintenance as we were finishing up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

“Needed my car towed to the shop. I had just started a new job and had no PTO, so it had to get done before I left for work the morning of. When the towing service recommended by the auto shop blithely said to call at 8am day-of and it'd probably be about 90 minutes, I decided to shop around and found these folks. They gave me a scheduled time and a price quote, and made sure to ask what was wrong with the vehicle so they knew how to handle it. Their driver called when he was on his way, showed up on time, loaded my car carefully, was courteous the whole time, and safely delivered my car. I got an invoice for slightly less than the quoted price. Good experience at every step of process.”

“After my old car dropped this hot muffler next to the gas pumps, a kind young man said they'd lift up the car and see if returning home to Park Rapids in it put me in obvious danger. Sure enough, it had popped a hole in the gas tank and was leaking, and the sweet guys checked fluids and tires too! Got home safely thanks to the Sinclair station (by chance it was the very station I recalled from having a toddler's crush on the dinosaur mascot, I always begged Dad to get gas there! Now you can go pet the big green sculpture between the pumps.)”

“*Thought* I needed a tow. Someone from Kievv and Krue were able to quickly come on a Friday evening to my workplace. He checked my vehicle out before towing to make sure it was the alternator. Turns out that was not the problem, and I didn’t end up needing the tow. He was super helpful and directed me to O’Reillys for a cheaper fix to the problem. Really helped me out!”
“My car was towed at about 9:00 a.m. from the alley by my apartment . The guy that I talked to was very rude to me on the phone and told me that to get my car out of their impound it was going to be $563 and I needed to bring the exact change it wasn't even in their impound lot for a total of 12 hours this is an awake extortion that's how I feel I think this is the rudest company I've ever experienced and most unprofessional ever the guy who helped me retrieve my car at the impound lot was pretty much laughing at me saying how he is 72 years old and still making a bunch of money yeah money off people like me who are working while abiding citizens. These people are crooks and I only out for money they told me for nothing just to get the money out of me cuz my car was easy target the one sitting at the end of the row on top of that you can clearly see that I have a handicap sticker in my window so you told a handicap person's car”
