Laine and his crew are top notch people and I’ve never had incomplete work done on the 6+ cars I’ve taken to them. They are prompt and typically spot-on with estimates.”

“I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! The kind staff really helped make a trip with a toddler less stressful, especially as she was wandering around the entire lobby 😂 we will definitely come back for the next oil change!”

“Daughter’s car started losing power driving up Rice Street on her way home from work. Met her and we were able to limp it to the Good Neighbor Automotive parking lot after hours. We filled out the drop off request and put the key in the slot. I called at 7:30 the next morning and they were already working on it. They called back an hour later saying it was fixed! About half what I was expecting to pay. Found my new go to repair shop!”
“Someone sideswiped my driver side view mirror off and I was concerned it would be really expensive since it was heated, and had an indicator and it was electric. Northside helped me identify a place to get the part sourced affordably and when I came with the part installed it in a half hour. All in it was less than $250 when I was quoted near $750 without used parts. I’ll be back.”
“Brandon was very fair. I took our car in because it didn’t feel like breaking correctly and he can test drive and he took a look at all brakes. He gave me an opinion which that one that would replace them at this time. I appreciate that a lot.”
