It seems like every month and a half one of our cars is in the shop and they know almost everything about every single car and can find the problems that seem to be impossible. They have become my friends not just another shop. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! They enjoy their job and the work they produce shows. “Bought a car, brought it in for a engine noise, they ended up replacing the entire engine which was ícovered under warranty. Kelly and all the staff involved at new hope drive appeal were amazing I would give more then 5 stars if that were an option . Customer service is a thing of the past in the world we live in today.
