“My 3 dresses came out beautifully – all of the creases from being packaged and sent online were gone – and there had been many. My only issue was with the bolero sweater, which I wish had been hung by the internal hanging ribbons rather than folded over the base of a hanger. There are creases in the sleeves as well as the center back as a result of folding and hanging it this way. That's easily corrected next time though, as I can request that the sweater is put on the hanger normally and held in place with the hanging ribbons.”

“Holy Moly! Tad & Christina, the 2nd generation owners, are magic workers! I dropped off a filthy men's baby blue linen suit with mud all over it from my son's Derby Days College Party. It seriously looked gone for good. There was thick black mud on the arms and legs and a redish / purplish stain on the lapel. I don't even know how he got his white shirt so dirty. But it was all destined for the trash. Until Tad got a hold of it. And when he was finished, Christina sent it back to him for a second try. Between the two of them they have achieved baby blue linen suit perfection. I am so grateful!! Thank you! You two are the best and so appreciated!”

“I had both dry cleaning and hemming done here and was pleased with the results. They offer 30% off for first-time customers, which made it a great deal. The hem work was neat and the dry cleaning came back just fine—no complaints. Parking is free, and there are both front and back entrances for convenience. They officially open at 9am, but I arrived a little early and the clerk kindly let me in, which I appreciated. Overall, a solid experience.”

“Machines that take both quarters and electronic forms of payment. Dryers are $1.50 which is amazing compared to other places. Sizes of machines are good. Staff always available and nice. Machines are often broken.”

“This is an update to my earlier review regarding my lost duvet cover and my experience dealing with Hallmark Cleaners (which was terrible). After almost giving up hope of finding the duvet cover that had been lost at the Vernon Avenue cleaners, my faith was restored today. This occured after the extraordinarily helpful woman who was working truly made an effort to find it and enlisted the help of her manager (who was on site). They both were fantastic and were able to locate the duvet. Kudos to both of them. I am most appreciative, but still recommend asking for a receipt. The 4 star review reflects the 5-star service of today, combined with the poor service provided previously.”

Osman cleaners was flexible in the date and time by which my items would be cleaned and provided prompt notification when my items were ready for pick up. Just a heads up- you can only pay in cash or check! Don't make my mistake and come ready with your credit card.”

“Overall, a good experience and good pricing. Mike, the associate working the front desk, is very kind and took down all my information in his notebook and said I'd get a call in 2 days for pick-up which is exactly what happened! My only reason for not 5 stars is the payment process. Mike had to call Lance the store manager and verbally tell him all of my card information / cell phone and security code. I thought that was a bit odd so next time I will pay with cash only as the process took about 3 to 4 minutes. Not end of the world, but not an easy payment process when paying by cc.”
“Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!”
“I messed up. I asked to have my shirts cleaned for a quick turnaround and then forgot to pick them up on a Saturday before Storchak closed. I was in a huge bind because I was leaving town on Sunday and not coming back. Thankfully Storchak picked up my last "hope for a response" call on Sunday morning and met me to pick up saving me time shopping for a less than ideal solution and saving me $$$ on shipping? Customer for life.”

“I’ve been going to the Brooklyn Park location for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. My father-in-law passed away yesterday, and we realized my husband’s suit desperately needed a cleaning. Mindy V. and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. The suit looks perfect, and they had it done quickly on such short notice. They saved the day, and they were so incredibly kind to me. We will be customers for life, and we’ll recommend them to everyone we know.”

“This has been an awesome laundry. It's clean. Good facilities..so sad that someone did bad to.it just lately.
I am from this area going back fifty years. Never saw it be so uncivilized..I think thetr are angry and unhappy teens around who do these things. I had my purse stolen over at the McDonald's. I'm sure the managers desire to keep making this an open and fun environment but now need to.figure out keeping it safe. Kudos to you owners. Wish you the best.”
