I’ve never had a super awesome experience with Verizon until today. I went in to follow up on a promotion I got a text about, and Sam E. helped me and he was easily the kindest, most helpful employee I’ve ever experienced with Verizon. He was incredibly smart, not pushy at all, and truly it felt like his main objective was just to help me. He got me set up with exactly what I wanted. I left feeling grateful to have service with Verizon. If you go, ask for Sam E!

If I enter a place of business, with money ready to spend, I really do expect to be acknowledged. Even a nod would work. Not at this store. Many times I have waited, patiently, for my turn. Hey Verizon, my time is important too! I will leave (and I have) before I will stand in you establishment and be ignored. Even in 2024 customer service still matters!

The guy was by himself with 8 people who are in the need being a little bit rude and said we needed this product and can't return it never went through the new phone with us .I do not recommend going there on Saturday

Great customer service! My husband and I went in because his phone was unable to make calls or send texts. Tom and Dan were both very friendly and quickly resolved our issue. We will definitely be back to this location!
