“If I could give 10 stars, I would. My husband and I live about an hour from New Richland, but were there for an appointment on a below zero temperature day. Our car alerted us that our tires needed air, so we attempted to fill them at that gas station. The valve was bent and started releasing air from the tire at a very rapid speed, so we quickly googled this mechanic and drove the 1/2 mile to get there. I am unsure of the name of the person who helped us, but he looked at the car immediately, and had it fixed literally within minutes. Although, it sounded like it was fairly straight forward, he really helped us ease our minds about getting back home safely, and on time for another appointment. He was kind, efficient and knowledgeable, and I wish this shop was closer to my home so we can go there for possible future needs. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!”

“We just had two tires blow out on our trailer that we were pulling behind our RV. We only had one spare. They changed that one tire then gave my husband a ride to Walmart to buy another tire. They went above and beyond to help these stranded motorists on the side of the road. God Bless you both a father and son team. Now I can go see my 100 year old Mother who is in the hospital. I wanted to give you both a hug!”

I cannot say enough good things about Dylan and everyone at Wayne’s Automotive. Dylan is, without question, the most intelligent, honest, and hardworking mechanic I’ve ever worked with. He holds a 4-year degree in automotive engineering, and it shows in every interaction, his depth of knowledge is far beyond any mechanic I’ve spoken with. I never second-guess his work or his recommendations because he always takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on and why.

I drive two hours to have Dylan work on my vehicles because the trust I have in him is unmatched. He consistently saves me money, charges fair and transparent prices, and gets my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible, which is invaluable as a solo mom where time truly matters. I wouldn’t entrust my X5 or my Mercedes to anyone else he’s also a true BMW enthusiast and specialist, and even upgraded my leather seats with better replacements.

Beyond his technical skill, Dylan is incredibly kind, compassionate, and respectful. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their safety, not just the repair. I’ve met other customers here who also drive 3+ hours for major work because they know they won’t be taken advantage of and the job will be done right the first time.

On a personal note, Dylan has also been a longtime friend and former volleyball teammate, and his integrity carries through every aspect of his life and work. He’s even known to travel for repairs sometimes with his adorable corgis, which absolutely make my daughter’s day when she gets to see them.

I refer all of my friends and family to Wayne’s Automotive and will continue to do so without hesitation. If you’re looking for a lifetime mechanic you can trust with any vehicle, this is the place.
