“Love the flexibility of coming and going as one pleases. Private use of bathrooms on site make all the worth while of any common mechanic feel comfortable enough to have a place to tinker around with a project or 2 if you've got their biggest garage units! Owner is very nice and punctual with everything but will help you with anything you'll need in the process.”

“Floor installers came to fix my floors downstairs. They refused to do any work until furniture was moved. They weren't clear that this needed to be done before hand. Called Pro Movers and was pleasantly surprised. They came out that afternoon moved both bedrooms taking care to wrap and tape everything with furniture pads. They returned with my bedroom furniture two days later laying mats down the stairs and into the hallways not messing up the new laid floors on return. Thomas was easy to work with and has a great disposition. The movers I have worked with in the past were sloppy, in a rush and careless. Thomas and his company treat your furniture better than he would his own.”

“The team at Quality is fantastic! Valarie is part coordinator and part therapist, easing all qualms about the process. Gavin, Hunter, Denny and Z did an outstanding job moving me out! So professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Four stars because of bad info from the (now former) owner that caused a problem, and although the issue couldn't be resolved, they did make it right and the amazing crew adapted and still got it done. 4 1/2 stars if I could!”

“I have had 2 units for several years. I loved that the loading zone is climate controlled. It's also convenient that there are bathrooms available 24/7 on the main level. Since Simply self storage was bought out by Public storage, they raised the rent so much for existing people, while they were giving a big discount to the new people. I decided to move out to another one with a much better price and has a main floor units. While I didn't appreciate them raising the rate so much, Mitch at the office was always very friendly and tried his best to help people. I appreciate him a lot!”

We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother. The contract reads they only raise prices twice a year. Then tell me why it went up 4 times this year!!!??? It's only going to push people out.”

“I won a storage at this facility and it’s very nice. Security is great and when we met Heidi at the desk, she was nice as can be! She made sure we were all set and had everything we needed. She was kind enough to give us a little extra time too! She was a lot of help and that made our experience so much better. This storage was completely packed and we could have never got it done in time without Heidi’s help! The facility was very clean and I would recommend this place to family and friends!”
“I had a storage unit with Acorn St. Paul for a year and a half. I stored the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment, including furniture and a 4' x 6' original oil painting. All was stored in an above ground level of the old Saint Paul Post Office, which was super secure, dry and seemed totally free from rodents. I have gone on to recommend this facility to anyone who has asked for a storage referral. 100x better than a ground floor, garage facility I rented from in Woodbury. Sara is also top notch and was always been super quick to answer any questions I had. I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else if I ever end up needing the service again.”
“This is a nice location. The only issue I have had so far is miscommunication. I think if you have an employee that gives a person a "deal", it's not the customer's fault that he didn't know or he made a mistake. I believe in customer satisfaction and then I will handle my employee. That's just from my experience as being in the manager position at multiple companies and running my own businesses. Service besides that have been great.”
“Arrived on Sunday at 1430 they closed early. Checked in 0655 Monday paperwork in hand at 0900 that I was empty. Employee said they generally only do outbound loads on Sundays unless they can squeeze you in otherwise they try to shut shop up early to see their family.”

“Easy lot to back into, it is a little tight if docking nearest to receiving door, but manageable. Receiver folks are nice, may sit on dock a little longer, I think it just depends on the days you get there or hours. Usually I am unloaded within an hour or less. No parking on property.”
