“Great place. Was told no overnight parking when I called, show up and there’s trucks parked overnight. Other than that, no problem. Ample room to maneuver, some potholes but come in slow and you’re good. To check in, they open at 0600. Make sure to fill out the sheet and attach it with your paperwork if unloading here. Then go back to your truck and wait for call.”
“Casey, Maurice and Chueyid did a great job. They were polite, worked hard and took care of loading and unloading our furniture. Very professional and took pride in their work.”

“This location has a good thorough manager that can communicate. Which is the minority within Extra Space. Other locations treat you like dirt. Extra Space as a whole makes it hard to get traction on issues.”

“This is a company that provides amazing communication and services, and everyone should be looking to Dart for their storage needs! We had a storage unit delivered to our home which allowed us to fill it on our time, then the unit was stored at their secure facility, and delivered to us shortly after when we had moved. The unit was clean and dry, and pick-ups/drop-offs were timely and easy to schedule. The driver that helped us was friendly, experienced, and easily delivered the unit where we needed. The items arrived undamaged and everything as we had packed it. It was beyond easy moving with Dart Portable Storage and I would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Floor installers came to fix my floors downstairs. They refused to do any work until furniture was moved. They weren't clear that this needed to be done before hand. Called Pro Movers and was pleasantly surprised. They came out that afternoon moved both bedrooms taking care to wrap and tape everything with furniture pads. They returned with my bedroom furniture two days later laying mats down the stairs and into the hallways not messing up the new laid floors on return. Thomas was easy to work with and has a great disposition. The movers I have worked with in the past were sloppy, in a rush and careless. Thomas and his company treat your furniture better than he would his own.”

We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them.
