βGreat place. Was told no overnight parking when I called, show up and there’s trucks parked overnight. Other than that, no problem. Ample room to maneuver, some potholes but come in slow and you’re good. To check in, they open at 0600. Make sure to fill out the sheet and attach it with your paperwork if unloading here. Then go back to your truck and wait for call.β
βThe moving crew assigned to us were exceptional! They arrived on time, and they worked their tails off. They were very respectful and easy to communicate with. What more can you ask for?β

The crew at Cottage Grove Extra space was so supportive and understanding, the facility was clean, they were respectful they made grieving easier for me as I had to go through my partners things. βAbsolutely superb customer service from Sandy! She was quick and efficient on handling my last minute appointment. I wish the location offered more than one cart to assist with hauling bulky and heavy items to and from car. The PIN is texted to the customer as soon as the unit is rented via online. There are two entry gates with multiple entrances. Decent amount of office and parking space for customers. Renting online limits on selecting the unit location from the vacant units. Would love to see in the future the freedom to select unit location.β

βWe got there 5 minutes before closing and the guy working said he was locking the doors and leaving and not going to allow us to handle our business. He called the manager and he came down to allow us to finish unloading.β
βWhile visiting our granddaughters, to make the visit a pleasant experience for grandma, we rented a wheelchair. I made arrangements in advance and when I arrived at the store all the paperwork was in order and wheelchair was ready to go. The wheelchair was in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The return was just as easy too. If we need a wheelchair again, while in Minnesota, we will call ABC Rentals.β

We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother. More Space Self Storage has clearly set a standard for my future expectations of any storage facility. Thank you.β

βI have used Hilton Storage for years and never had a problem, Brian is great to work with and is flexible. Many security cameras around and in the secured area. Brian keeps the areas neat, clean, plowed and does maintain, update and upgrade the facility. I have no reservation giving a great recommendation to anyone who is looking for storage.β

βWe moved from a home we lived in for 38 years! Jeremiah, Trey, Alex and Mitch were amazing! They were punctual and efficient. We needed to leave for a house closing and they completed one house and locked it up securely. The new home had some tricky maneuvers and they did everything extremely well.
