“We use the Storage Unit for six months or more. The Storage Unit itself was large enough to hold many containers.
The staff at that location was very helpful and the payments that I made came directly out of my account.
When I decided to close down the unit, I communicated with them through text messages and phone calls.
I would like to thank them for their kind service.”

“This location has a good thorough manager that can communicate. Which is the minority within Extra Space. Other locations treat you like dirt. Extra Space as a whole makes it hard to get traction on issues.”

“Very well put together, as far as reserving the unit didn't have to pay until you actually went there to put your stuff in the storage. Like you could ask for bigger unit or smaller, you could cancel if you decided you didn't need it, you could change the day if you need it sooner. Those things made all the differences. Nice clean storage when I got there, the person on the phone was very polite, help me get all information put together to pay for the bill very very nice. So I give them a 5 star. Oh and the man that help me from the beginning was so so helpful in deciding which one to get he was great. Thank you so much”

“My son rented a unit from the Oakdale locations and because of some unforseen circumstances some friends and I had to make sure the unit got cleaned out. Everyone we worked with was very professional and easy to work with. I especially worked with Jessie most often. I had a very pleasurable experience and will definitely recommend renting if you need storage. My son also said he was pleased the whole time he rented with them. If we good give more stars we would definetely deserving of a 5+ rating!”

We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother. More Space Self Storage has clearly set a standard for my future expectations of any storage facility. Thank you.”

1-truck they have been so easy to talk to, when calling I even get to talk to a human lol and if it goes to voice mail they return my calls in less than 30 minutes I like that they are on top of security as well if they see somebody inside the lot they come over and check it out to make sure you are suppose to be there which makes me feel good knowing my stuff is secure and the customer service has been the best I highly recommend them for your storage needs”

“I’ve rented storage space as well as U-Haul’s here and had a great experience with both. They are way better than any other place I’ve dealt with, especially when it comes to storage. They’re upfront and honest about pricing which is a really big deal. I previously had rented at public storage where they lied about pricing and increased rent every few months. I got used to having bad experiences there. When I moved my stuff to Stephen’s Storage it took a lot of my stress away because I soon learned that I had found somewhere where I didn’t have to always look for the fine print or feel like I was being tricked.
It’s not a fancy place but it gets the job done at a fair price.
I recommend Stephen’s Storage all of the time to family, friends, anyone I know, and even strangers on social media who are looking for somewhere to store something or to rent a U-haul. They’re a small business that actually cares about their customers, not like others that try to get as much money as possible and don’t care if they get repeat business.

“I arrived at 11:00 AM for a 1:00 PM appointment and was given a dock door right on time at 1:00 PM. The unloading process took about 1.5 hours, finishing at 2:30 PM.
However, the check-in window staff was quite unhelpful and there seems to be a significant lack of communication between the office and the dock. After the lumper informed me that the unload was complete and I could check out, the window clerk made me wait an additional 30 minutes, claiming the delivery wasn't finished yet.
On a positive note, they do offer overnight parking, which is a great plus for drivers. Better internal communication would greatly improve the experience here.”
