“The team at Quality is fantastic! Valarie is part coordinator and part therapist, easing all qualms about the process. Gavin, Hunter, Denny and Z did an outstanding job moving me out! So professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Four stars because of bad info from the (now former) owner that caused a problem, and although the issue couldn't be resolved, they did make it right and the amazing crew adapted and still got it done. 4 1/2 stars if I could!”

We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother. “I've used several storage facilities in the metro area and this was definitely the easiest to use. I didn't have to see anyone in person, everything was taken care of through email and a phone call. The phone app made it extremely easy to enter the facility with no worries about forgetting a key at home. The presence of several cameras in the facility assured me my space was safe from any wrongdoing. This facility is climate controlled and even has a bathroom. This will definitely be my first choice if I need storage space in the future.”

From our pick-up truck to their rolling cart down well-lit clean hallways to our space, our stuff in is now safe and dry inside Public Storage on St Paul's Lafayette Frontage Road.”
“Arrived on Sunday at 1430 they closed early. Checked in 0655 Monday paperwork in hand at 0900 that I was empty. Employee said they generally only do outbound loads on Sundays unless they can squeeze you in otherwise they try to shut shop up early to see their family.”
“I have used Hilton Storage for years and never had a problem, Brian is great to work with and is flexible. Many security cameras around and in the secured area. Brian keeps the areas neat, clean, plowed and does maintain, update and upgrade the facility. I have no reservation giving a great recommendation to anyone who is looking for storage.”
“All of the employees from Two Men and a Truck are great! From management to their friendly movers each one was friendly and professional. Our school was a recipient of a large dragon bookshelf that we could not move ourselves. They stepped up and came to our rescue! They were very professional while moving. Making sure to communicate about how this unique and very heavy piece could be placed in the best spot. About ten years ago I had experienced their professionalism while moving my grandmother into assisted living. They were kind and efficient then and still provide incredible service to their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help moving things large or small.”
“I won a storage at this facility and it’s very nice. Security is great and when we met Heidi at the desk, she was nice as can be! She made sure we were all set and had everything we needed. She was kind enough to give us a little extra time too! She was a lot of help and that made our experience so much better. “This is a nice location. The only issue I have had so far is miscommunication. I think if you have an employee that gives a person a "deal", it's not the customer's fault that he didn't know or he made a mistake. I believe in customer satisfaction and then I will handle my employee. That's just from my experience as being in the manager position at multiple companies and running my own businesses. Service besides that have been great.”
“I had a storage unit with Acorn St. Paul for a year and a half. I stored the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment, including furniture and a 4' x 6' original oil painting. All was stored in an above ground level of the old Saint Paul Post Office, which was super secure, dry and seemed totally free from rodents. I have gone on to recommend this facility to anyone who has asked for a storage referral. 100x better than a ground floor, garage facility I rented from in Woodbury. Sara is also top notch and was always been super quick to answer any questions I had. I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else if I ever end up needing the service again.”
