“Great customer service! Brought vehicle in thinking it would take till the end of the day for a diagnosis as they were so busy within an hour they called with the diagnosis/charges. We agreed to the work and within four hours, brakes and pads, front and rear, plus an oil change, the work was done. We have been there once before, that is why we were back. Would highly recommend.”

“Drove three hours up here on a Friday for vacation and ended up having a loud whistle come from the front drivers side of my vehicle. Was given Haataja auto’s info from a friend in the area and Don was available to help in a pinch. Took the car Friday night and was able to figure out the problem and get it all fixed in less than 24 hours for a great price. Great communication and good at explaining the problem to someone who doesn’t know much about cars. They do honest work - would 100% recommend.”

Now as far as financing goes, the financing team was rude, judgemental, and just not what I would have expected given the situation. We purchased the car outright because we couldnt get it financed and the financing guy was complaining that paying by cash was more difficult which it wasnt.”
