At our first visit, we tried out all the different models and were surprised that both our numbers were higher and it was much more comfortable to have a firmer matress. Ours at home is extremely plush, and we sleep terribly at night. It's great that you can change the number and adjust the base as well. We shopped at other matress places and had a terrible experience at other stores. Since Sara gave us great options and was a pleasure to work with, we decided to spend a little more and get a good bed. We are going with the i8 and are really excited to get it shipped to our house!”
“Purchased a new king mattress, baseboard and mattress protector and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience was effortless from picking out the items, purchasing them, and having it all delivered. Matt was my consultant and honestly, he is one of the main reasons that I ended up making the purchase. Initially, I just came in to only browse the mattresses, but hadn't actually planned on buying anything. I really thought I was going to have pushy sales people following me around as I walked through the store. But after talking with Matt, he was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive -without being too pushy, that I felt really at ease with him and about making a purchase. Because my biggest pet peeve is pushy sales people. So if Matt had been pushy, I would've just walked out without buying anything. But thankfully, he was quite the opposite and I now have a great mattress.”

“Worked here for over a year; nice staff but not much room for advancement in the company without spending many years there. I worked in the shipping department, where we would package cards for special occasiond into boxes and ship them out. Q4 is the most hectic time of the year, they bring in a lot of temp employees during this time.”
