“Great Local Butcher Shop & Deli! Great selection of reasonably priced meats, BBQ items including wood chips, chunks and pellets alone with nice deli selection and the Sandwiches will blow your mind! Also want to note that it looked like a lot of the products they carry like the sauces & marinades are local products. We were there on a busy Saturday and the staff were amazing. Great attitudes even with being slammed at the time. Everyone was very helpful, attentive and willing to answer all your questions. Worth the drive and we'll definitely be back. They've gained two more devoted fans/customers.”
“I started going there when I found out my butcher from another store was working there. Everyone talks about the steaks, they’re fabulous , every cut & kind. They’re sausages you can’t beat.Now let’s talk the hamburger!! You will never get a better pound of ground beef ANYWHERE. The flavor is outstanding. I guarantee if you try just one pound you’ll be hooked. I buy 25-30# at a time. It can be in my freezer for 6-mos & it as red as when it was ground. It lasts in the fridge far longer than any other ground beef I’ve had. Keep it up guys!!!”

“If they have it, it's cheaper than any where else in the twin cities. HUGE wine selection and the bourbon selection is big too. They had bottles you won't find elsewhere and commons at bargain prices. They're knowledgeable and nice. Stop here first, you'll be glad you did.”

“We bought a family pack thats prepackaged in the carry bag. So far, we've been happy with the burgers, but tonight we opened up the ribeye and was extremely disappointed. About 50% of it was hard fat and needed to be cut off. I wish we could have saw what was being packaged before buying it, but I guess that's a risk you run. Keep in mind, I still left about 10% of fat on the steak, but having nearly half of it not eatable made us alter dinner plans so my wife and I could get more than a few bites of steak.
Check your pre package meats so you dont buy stuff like this.

Extremely lean hamburger not even having to drain after browning and wonderful roasts. They’ve done a lot over the past few years to stock products that are price-accessible, though overall the selections are a little on the expensive side. The deli section never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and attentive.(The Hungarian mushroom soup was the best, but they haven’t had it for a couple years now!)”
