I have a lawn mower that had sat unused for a couple years, and when I started using it again, it ran very badly. I took it to Carpenter’s and was assisted by a very cordial gentleman who listened to my comments about the poor running, took some notes and stated he would call me within a couple weeks (the place is popular thus it was understood it might take a while), but in less time than that he called to say the carb would need replacement (for which I approved), and just a couple days later he called to say the mower now runs fine. He was right on! Carpenter’s also did a tune-up and an oil change, and even replaced the blade (all at a very reasonable cost. The mower now performs perfectly and ‘Carpenter’s Small Engine Repair’ absolutely ROCKS!

Joke!!! Will quote what the owner said. “Don’t have an ambition to fix your lawn mower because of your review”
So pretty much said they won’t actually fix my lawn mower cause I wrote a review based on them not fixing my mower the first time and making me waste time even though they had my mower for 2 months!
This place is a total joke!!!!!
Terrible service and lack of communication.
Dropped off my lawn mower since May. They never communicated anything. I had to call them personally every week for updates.
Picked up today (2months after)
Just to get back home and have the same problem but worse. What joke and waste of time! They don’t even make sure of the problem is fixed. They just replace whatever they think the problem is

These guys are awesome ! Took care of a couple of pieces of equipment of mine for my lawncare company. 10/10 would recommend. Great turn around time, very realistic with their pricing and will not sell you on something you don’t need. Highly recommend !

Awesome ---pick up ---delivery---repair-----tune up---pumped up tires-----less than 300. 2 week wait and 1 week turn around. Should be good a while.
