The pharmacists and staff are pleasant, patient and very helpful. Fir example: Yesterday I went to get my prescription and it wasn't there. The staff person checked on the computer. WC was sitting on approving. Zee, the pharmacists, called WC and they pit him on hold for almost an hour. During that wait he offered me a chair because he could see I was in back pain. The WC person then told Zee they were still "considering approval". Zee kept calling back and finally late in the evening they approved and Zee called me at home. I am blessed with my CVS staff.

I always have a tremendous experience at CVS pharmacy in North St. Paul. The staff there are knowledgeable and kind.

Since I moved my prescriptions here I have nothing but problems. Constant messages to pick up meds that are not filled and not ready to be, then confirmed a pick up of some that I needed someone to grab for me they decide to add a extra prescription that was not mine or was an old one from months and months ago (not right dose) that wasn't something that was supposed to be refilled then don't want to return the money that was paid to pick up the prescription. Way to many mistakes/ issues and people telling me "I don't know" time for a different pharmacy!!!!

I can't believe all the negative reviews for this CVS. I've had great experiences with them every time. The pharmacist is very good at giving flu shots, and quite personable. The lady who helped me with my prescription last time noticed I had some eye drops that needed to be refilled and asked me if I wanted to take care of those while I was there. She was on the ball. You can refill your prescription over the phone through an automated service without having to talk to anyone, and get text messages when it's ready for pick-up. This is very convenient. I don't have any hesitations about keeping my business here.

If I could I would give them NO STARS! Very Rude and unprofessional pharmacy techs! Even the pharmacist is rude!

Had part of a prescription in stock. Failed to tell me the drug is also over the counter and I could have saved an hour and several dollars. CVS is bad. Stay away!

Elvis Gwanyalla the pharmacist has a God complex and thinks he knows more than every doc who has sent scripts in. This pharmacy and staff is the worst I've ever been to. Takes an hour for them to answer the phone. They dont care if you run out of meds and wont help you get it figured out so you can get your meds. If he says 30min for script to be ready then it will be ready in 5hrs and doesn't matter if you are waiting in the store. I went a whole MONTH without a med because ELVIS wouldn't fill it cause HE didnt think I needed it even though doc did and wrote it.. CVS, Elvis and his staff are not qualified to work at McDonald's let alone have a part in people's health and well being. Figure it out target CVS before Elvis ignorance and arrogance causes someone serious health problems or their life

The worse pharmacy ever! When I first transferred to them I requested for them to enroll me in the monthly auto refill and text notification. This did not happen, so I called them to refill my medication. The wait on the phone was 1 hour long...had to hang up. I went to the pharmacy in person and made the refill. I also made a second request while at the pharmacy to sign me up for the monthly auto refill and text notification. The pharmacist told me he will do this. Today, my medication is running low and no refill notification has been received by CVS. I'm not even going to try to call them again because I know it will be another looooong wait on the telephone. Who has time now a days to wait like this?! I decided to transfer over to Walgreens. I spoke to the Walgreen staff who said she is not sure if she can get my prescription done by tomorrow morning because she had to wait 3 hours for someone at that CVS location to pick up the telephone so she can complete a transfer for another client! I told her that that is one of the main reasons I'm transferring.

Takes literal DAYS to get prescriptions filled. If you need one the same day you have to spend a half hour on the phone in order to ask them to start it. I thought it was bad 6 months ago but this is just terrible.

Horrible since CVS took over. All the great employees have quit since CVS took over. It seems like they don't even care at all! After more than 20 years of getting my scripts filled I am changing pharmacies!! SO DONE!!

HORRIBLE ...... I have been using (Target) pharmacy for 20 years. Have been very pleased with the service, price, and extremely friendly staff for all those years UNTIL CVS took over. I have never been more frustrated when trying to get my medication on time, call in to get a refill (because they did not text me even though I am set up for auto-refill), and then I sit on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to someone who has not a clue how to look any records or history up. I do not blame these poor customer service people for their lack of knowledge or competency. From what I was told, all the "good old target people either quit or retired", and it was impossible to find people to work the very short hours that CVS was offering to potential employees. People are being hired left and right and quitting just as fast. It is simply one big headache to get a prescription filled at CVS in NSP at Target. I was going to stick with them, thinking it was just an adjustment period and that things would get better but after today and their down and out lies, I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Wait time has become horrible. They typically don’t have the prescribe dosage in stock and several times I haven’t received the texts from the pharmacy when prescription is ready as I’ve signed up for the text communication from them. I miss the old Target pharmacy. Better staff, service and overall quality.
