Literally the WORSE entira family clinic i’ve been coming to this business for years since i was a baby however this location always sucks. last time i was here with a sore throat not only did they make me wait over 1hour and 30 minutes they brushed me off with a fake diagnosis telling me to just take tylenol, claiming my tonsils were inflamed, catch is my tonsils are and have been removed. even currently at this moment i’ve been sitting in the doctors office for over and hour with no test run i’ve had to leave my room to ask the nurse if we were going to run test myself, this place is incredibly lazy, the only good thing that happened during my exam was doctor mary catherine, she’s the first doctor in years to actuall take her time to explain thoroughly and find a solution to help me for this issues

Excellent doctors and staff. Very affordable with out insurance. Also offer 15% off if paid in full at time of visit. I had pretty extensive consultation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out was was wrong with me. Very happy and grateful for them.

Dr. Vik was absolutely amazing to our little 4 year old. Front desk staff was also awesome and checked us in fast. If we lived closer we would switch our primary to Dr. Vik.

There are a wide variety of Entira's spread out throughout the Twin Cities suburbs, and I only come to this location if I need weekend help or assistance. This one is a beauty because it's one of the few that has weekend + after working hour appointments. The facility has a giant parking lot, clean interior and friendly staff. I have been going to Entira my entire life and I really enjoy the personalized care they provide for a smaller clinic. All Entira clinics offer a patient portal which allows me to send messages to my primary doctor. I enjoy this feature because it saves time on the phone line. Thank you for making each trip a breeze!

I made a last min. Online appointment for my daughter to get check. Found one right away. The provider was great, Joseph Saccoman. He listens well and explain what my child had. The medication he gave works. My baby eyes was better within a day. Thank you so much.

All I can say is that Entira Clinic in Nord St Paul has always threaded me with Respect and Care.. I have been going to the Entira Clinics for a long time.

Christine answered the phone when I called in upset about an issue and she was able to understand what my issue was and work to get it solved. Every place should have someone as wonderful as she is. What would have been a cranky review turned into a five star because of her attitude.

My complaints is getting a appointment 30 minutes waiting after they say 15 minute wait time. Then trying to get a message to my Dr. They keep telling me he isn't in the N.St.Paul clinic and I should tell them or it could affect my medication getting refilled Who's ever reading these comments you need a better call center they are rude and try to argue everytime we call. How can you talk to someone in N.st.paul. The call center said I can't unless I make an appointment and then I can talk to someone in the clinic

Ridiculous amount of time to talk to a scheduler - up to 40 minutes at times. First it was COVID that may cause extended wait times and now it’s ‘we are updating our phone system’ for the last month. Always some kind of reason. Unprofessional and a poorly managed clinic.

Nurse that treated me was very rude also lost a lab sample that I had to come back in to resubmit. Would not recommend. Although this was 3 years ago not sure if anything has changed since.

We have gone to this clinics over 10 years. We love them- they are a small people oriented clinic. It's true they have been busy with COVID but this is true of all medical facilities. I think they have been doing just great and would rather go there than a huge soul- less clinic. One nice thing is they have lab, X-ray department right there. Results are immediate. You don't have to go to another department. The nurse line is wonderful - always available if you have a question. Unfortunately our Doctor is retiring but we will continue going to Entira Woodbury.

My last 2 appointments I made were canceled by them, each one a month apart. I simply don't understand how I called a week hence to make the appointment and the first time they forgot to actually schedule and the second time my doctor canceled and goes on a vacation like it is not ok to just take a vacation when you already scheduled to see patients that day. Not to mention each time I had to drive all the way down from forest lake just to find out they can't be responsible enough to ahold to their own failed excuss of a schedule.Never again, I'm moving clinics and I'm never looking back.
