Go here multiple times a day and most of the employees know me and are extremely nice..,......unlike the 2 employees tonight. While at the register paying for our stuff I get accused of stealing some Oreos. I was going to buy some but had changed my mind and put them back where I got them from. These 2 employees both had attitudes on them and kept saying they weren't there. Where did I put them. Like I had said multiple times I put them back where I got them. Finally they look and there they were. When she accused me I told her I don't steal and that she was more then welcome to search my purse/ jacket. Did she,....no...not at all. She just wanted to accuse me of taking Oreos Infront of other employees and customers in the store. She wasn't even discreet about accusing me she was speaking extremely loudly making sure everyone heard. Maybe it's just me but before I would ever accuse a customer of something I would check the area in which the product came from before rudely and loudly attacking/accusing innocent paying loyal customers. Now, if she would have said I'm sorry i made a mistake I would have gone on my way and left it at that. But nope she nor the guy did. All they said was they are there. This employee should be fired after what she did and how she treated me. I thought Holiday employee's where nice friendly face there to help everybody. Holiday shame on you guys! Shame on the lady. I will be calling cooperate and making a formal complaint. I hope the store manager or owner handles this. I'm sure I'm not the only innocent white girl to be accused by her or that guy.

10/23 around 3:20 pm. Extremely rude female clerk. She Wanted me to pay for ice in my personally owned holiday mug. JUST ICE. SHE SAID I can make you dump it out. I said I will get gas and ice elsewhere from now on and she said good!

Sometimes things go wrong, but it's important not to shame the customer. Manager was having trouble with the system and instead of being courteous and apologetic, was nasty and said this job doesn't matter anyway. Bad customer service!

This place can't seem to keep an air hose. What's up with that? Guess I'll see when KWIK Trip opens up, if they can. If so, that will be my new place for gas, air, car wash, coffee, etc! Can't wait!!
