Old National does not have their customer interest at heart. Why was I mistaken that being a customer for 30 years would mean anything. When I needed a HELOC they low-balled my loan amount on a house I own, when they found out I did not need it for a long time. Its all about the $ for them. I am stupid to have thought otherwise. "We’ve got you, whether you’re buying, building, updating or refinancing." I will not be loyal to another bank again. What is the point.

There are only two tellers for a long line out the door and a line through drive through. We waited in-building for 10 minutes and we're still waiting in the drive thru. Starting to reconsider my transfer to this bank.

I've banked here for nearly 30 years, the bank has changed (Heritage Bank, Anchor Bank and now Old National) and so have some of the people, but it still provides friendly and helpful service.

Find a better bank where they actually care about there customers. Walmart has better service then this joke of a bank.

I've been banking here for many years and they take care of all my needs for banking and loans. They are a local bank that has national presence. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and today proved it. I was having an issue with mobile deposit and it was due to an error in the new software update from apple. Just had to turn my screen the opposite way. Helped me out so much that they were able to troubleshoot with me. They offer everything from checking/savings to mortgage/car loans. They also offer safety deposit boxes at this location. The parking lot is huge and drive thru generally moves very quick. Lots of handicapped parking available right by the bank which is nice for older/disabled clients.

For many years I have cashed checks in bank from a national bank customer who is a business partner of mine. I accept the fee, and have been doing this for years. North St. Paul location has been an issue more than once for me, Arden Hills location the employees are always super helpful and friendly. Lesson: it’s better to drive out your way to Arden Hills.

Wow, I'm glad I'm not in banking. Most of the poor reviews here arise from people not being responsible with their money and getting fees when they overdraft. How is that any banks fault?
