“I am so grateful to have found this shop when I did. I was really having a hard time when I first brought my car in here a couple years ago, but their patience and compassion was really meaningful to me. They are always so kind in helping me understand what I need to prioritize vs what can wait and why. But they completely eased my worries and made me feel safe there when I first came in basically on the verge of tears a couple years ago and they assured me that they would be totally comfortable with their own daughter traveling home for the holidays in my car after a couple quick & affordable fixes -- they let me know that the rest could wait and it would be ok. That made me really trust them so now they're stuck with me & my car anxieties! Plus their pup Gunner is pretty great company in the waiting room ;) Thank you all so much for helping me feel less overwhelmed when I'm faced with unexpected car issues, and even giving me little tips and tricks for things I can try to help save money on my own!”

“I have been going to Vroom for over 20 years. Tony, Jeremy, Andrew and all the guys have been wonderful. Their customer service, friendliness and most of all, honesty, is something not often seen in the service industry. I trust them.
I am a teacher and have appreciated the teacher discount. I have sent many, many of my teacher friends and my family to this location. I recently heard that since there is new management/ownership this is no longer being honored and I am saddened to hear that.There are four schools within a mile of this location! The new look of the store is great! But what matters most are the people who work there and the customers who come to see them. I hope GVT understands that if you take care of your people…workers and customers…success will follow.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Came in an hour before close due to a loud rattling noise after hitting a pothole. I figured they would figure out the problem and have me schedule an appointment - turns out broken strut, they fixed it immediately with amazing prices. To add, they are the kindest and most genuine people. You definitely won’t get service like this anywhere else!”

“Took two of my luxury brand cars to this shop for non-routine things over a couple of years.
They're very competent in terms of understanding cars and the customer. They diagnosed the issue correctly, presented the repair options correctly, and fixed the problem correctly in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.
Will come again when I don't have time or means to fix the problem myself.”
“Steve and Stan are the best around. I have been going to them for 12 years. They are an old-school shop that you don't see often these days. I recently moved from South St. Paul to Hastings and gladly make the 17-mile trip to Southview 66 any time there is an issue with a car.”

“I took my 2015 Nissan van into Good Neighbor Automotive for a wheel hub issue, and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they fix that problem, but they also discovered a bad tie rod and took care of it too. The price was incredibly fair and affordable. I’ve been searching for an honest and reliable mechanic since moving here, and I’ve finally found one. Jared was great—clear communication, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!”
“Been going to Zaks for about a couple of years now and my choice for them to do my service has only increased. They’re very knowledgeable and skillful mechanics. Above all they’re very pleasant to do business with and will go out of their way to help you. Recently my daughter’s Honda Passport had an interior water leak as a result of a plugged AC drip tube. They got it in the next morning and were also able to squeeze an oil change that day even though they were busy. I refer people to them without any hesitance.”
“Im 34 now and been taking my all my vehicles here since I was 16. They're very honest folks and always figure what the problems are for your vehicle. Very fair price compared to other shops as well. I recommend this shop to anyone. Just know they are very busy and you may have to wait to bring your car in for a repair. You won't be disappointed!”
“We made a last-minute decision to take our 2011 van on a several-day visit out-of-town, but it needed quite bit of deferred maintenence work completed on very short notice. TGK Maplewood Manager Evan was great to work with as he committed to getting it done on time (even earlier!) for us. Even with a big storm that knocked out their power for some hours, they got it all done, and done well. We feel so much better now taking our preferred vehicle on this trip. People in here are honest, and empathetic.
Came in a little before they close on a Saturday to get my starter replace. They still took me in, they were straight forward and also answered A LOT of question about my car. How they broke down everything made me realize that my other mechanic (that I’ve had 5+ years being with them) was basically rippin me off.
I will most def come back with these honest men.”
“They are hands down the best shop I’ve taken my car to. They take their time and make sure things are done properly , and as low cost as possible for us as clients. They had much better quotes compared to other shops and the customer experience was much better than any other shops . I asked a lot of dumb questions and they didn’t treat me as if I was dumb or knew anything less .extremely informative , fast , and easy availability, along with many other things . I’ll make sure to go back for repairs in future .”

“I had recently “rescued” a Lexus ls430 from Facebook marketplace. It was in bad shape all around but the cheapo tires the previous owner had installed absolutely murdered the cars signature smooth and quiet ride. I am very particular about who works on my cars, usually either opting to do it myself or hire a friend who works out of his garage that was a former Lexus master technician. When it came to getting new tires I really wanted to avoid any chain tire business as they will hire anyone that’s got enough fingers to hold an air gun, and wanted to avoid getting taxed out the wazoo by the stealership. I found these guys and they were able to order the tires I wanted and had them there the next day. I had scheduled an appointment but got a surprise day off and called to see if they could squeeze me in today instead. They said drop by any time and I was in and out in just over an hour. It had been exactly what I was looking for, good prices on tires, knowledgeable mechanics, and peace of mind that my money was actually going to help a small business owner and his family, and not to buy the Walmart ceos 4th mega yacht.

“Great shop they’ve been there forever. Real old school no bs mechanics. They’re straight up, won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. I went in with a list of stuff I was thinking needed to be replaced on my ‘06 Monte Carlo SS, they were honest and didn’t run the bill up and only fixed what really needed to be fixed. Highly recommend. Car feels like new.”

“Scott is honest, accurate, and communicative. Twice now he’s fit me in to look at my car. His prices are extremely competitive, and he will get your car in for repair/service within a reasonable time. Above all else, Scott’s honesty is what will keep me coming back. My check engine light came on and off recently, signaling that one of my cylinders was misfiring. Scott read the code, test drove it, but couldn’t recreate the problem I was having. The car was running perfectly. Instead of fixing something that didn’t need fixing and charging me for it, Scott told me his findings and didn’t charge me. Thank you, Scott.”

“I highly recommend One Day Auto. Toufou is a very honest mechanic and his charges are affordable and reasonable.
I arrived there the first time. I talked to Toufou about my issues and he said he will look into it. He called me and updated me. I thought I needed calipers on top of brakes and rotors, but Toufou said I needed to flush my differentials and brake line. Saved me a ton of money not needing to replace my two rear calipers. Other shops would of charged me for the calipers and labor, but Toufou is very honest.
Hard to find an honest and hard working mechanic. I will be going there again for all my mechanic jobs.”

“I have had my cars serviced multiple times over the past couple years at Lovicta Auto Repair and have been very pleased with the quality of work every time. Most recently they removed my snow tires and mounted & balanced my summer tires. The technician showed how the summer tires had been wearing unevenly, so I was able to also have an alignment done such that the tires wear correctly in the future.
Prices for service are very good and the quality of work is also very good. I highly recommend Lovicta Auto Repair for your auto servicing needs.”
