Gentleman working was extremely rude. Very poor customer service.

Customer service is terrible. I walked up to the counter, staff looked up, I was not acknowledged. Also, I keep cancelling prescriptions online and they are filled anyway. I see other poor reviews on customer service. Why doesn't it change? All roads lead back to corporate culture.
