The staff is kind and helpful, but they are woefully short staffed most of the time which causes long lines and often 20 - 30 minute waits. Furthermore, they are often out of stock on common prescriptions, which is very frustrating.

CVS and Target, please provide adequate staffing to this location. As far as I can tell, there is only ever one pharmacist on staff and SOMETIMES one pharmacy tech. On weekends, I only ever see the one pharmacist attempting to keep up with all incoming orders. The phone system is honestly disrespectful; repeatedly telling me to install the CVS app to check on the status of my order when all the order says is "In Process" and I am out of my medication is NOT OK. Your practice of setting all medications to auto-refill, then sending text messages out every 4 hours harassing me to pick it up while also threatening to just delete the prescription from your system is predatory and indicates that you care more about profits than about providing medical care to human beings. Shape up. This is a small town, a lot of people are depending on you for their medications, and you are falling short every single day.

Absolutely the worst, unfortunately only place my insurance covers.9 people in line with only 1 person working.Might need to hire more people!!!!!!

Got to the counter behind one man who was being helped already. 1:30pm.After a few minutes The cashier looked at me and said , we’re gna open back up at 2pm ma’am. We close at 1:30.I looked at the time- 1:34.I was literally in line waiting, but after helping the man in front of me, he dropped everything and turn and bolted, wouldn’t look at or help me.Infuriated at not only the lack of customer service, but the entitled selfish and immature personnel working there.I was on my way out of town, and was just prescribed those meds in the ER. Now I’ll have to call my Dr and get the prescription transferred out of state…and I’ll never EVER go to the Target CVS again. Thanks for nothing. Actually, thanks for ensuring I NEVER give you my business again

One line open. Customer in front of me in line knows an employee behind the counter. Employee opens register and helps her, and chats about meeting up for coffee. Meanwhile, there is a line forming behind me. Employee gets done chatting and then leaves counter and leaves the other Employee by himself at counter while there is still a line of customers.

Employees are difficult!! They don’t know how to apply a coupon and refuse correct mistakes. Rude and disrespectful. The tall white guy who works there is the worst, I think he's the afternoon manager. Everybody should be Fired and competent people replace them. I spend a lot of money in health insurance to handle cvs rude employees.

Just pulled my prescriptions. Waited over an hour just to drop off my prescription. My time is too valuable to donate an hour of my time waiting everytime I need meds.

The lady that works in the pharmacy with the glasses can be a little rude at times I thought it was just me but I heard from other people professional people that she can be rude all the time I feel like you guys need to get this in check because the next time I’m not going to be so polite with her

The people working are nice enough, I know they can't control the prices, but I'm deeply disappointed by CVS' inconsistent pricing. I've used the GoodRx app 3 times here. It worked the first time and I was satisfied. The next two times the pharmacy said they used the GoodRx coupon and yet I was charged retail price! The third time I showed them the coupon, yet they insisted I owed $60 more than the coupon quoted! When I asked why there was a price discrepancy I was basically told to pay the price or go to a different pharmacy. There was no actual answer to my concern.

Came in town for a friends wedding and our guest home had pets. Not great for me! Pharmacists helped out a ton with my allergy attack.

The staff here are well trained and knowledgeable, which makes me feel pretty comfortable filling prescriptions here. There is always someone on hand who is knowledgeable about different medications and conditions. You can feel confident that the staff will help you with prescription questions, as well as over-the-counter health-aid questions. There have even some times when the staff has answered general health questions as well. I already shop at Target and I feel that CVS does a pretty good jobas a pharmacy.
