It took a month for me to get my truck back because he had to wait weeks to even hear back from insurance because they didn't know my truck was at his shop due to a lack of communication between my agent and the claims department. I hope I never have to take a vehicle to another collision repair shop but if I do I will give this place another go.”
“I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tom yesterday. When I got there, he immediately dropped what he was doing to help me. I took my radiator in thinking it had a leak at the seams and needed to be replaced. He pressure tested it and recrimped all of the seams within 15 minutes. I asked him if he thought I needed a new radiator and he said no knowing he, himself, could profit from that. He sent me on my way at a VERY reasonable price. I hope I don't have radiator problems in the future, but WHEN I do, I'm going back to see Tom.”
“I have been a customer since I started driving, as my parents used Rogers a few times and I didnt know &*^% . Everytime I have needed work they have not only come through with timely great work, they destroy other estimates I have requested. For example, this time around I requested 3 qoutes as I was not paying for all the work. Roger's was $1400, other two were $1700 and $2400. Now if the work was subpar I get it. This however is not the case, which is why I continue to go here first. Have not once been disappointed with the customer service or the work. Thanks and keep it up!”
