OMG. I gave up. The lines are insane. Tried to get through filling prescription over the phone so I wouldn’t have to wait after not getting the entire prescription the first time (they got half right). I gave up after an hour wait time just to talk to someone. I will never send my prescriptions here again. It’s not worth the pain.

Called at 7pm. Pharmacy wouldn’t answer so I spoke with the general manager, confirmed they’re open until 10pm. Wife drove there immediately for an urgent prescription only to find a “sorry we closed early” sign on the door at 8:08pm. Ridiculous.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. The inside wait is forever, the drive through line is always 5-6 cars deep and takes forever, when i call I'm waiting over 45 minutes and still no one picks up the phone. My prescription is always in processing status until i call to "push it through"Walgreens do better and hire more staff. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Walgreens: Give your employees some relief. Build them a bigger workspace and hire more help. They need it. Every time I come here to pick up a prescription, it is already hours overdue and not ready yet. This is not a critique on the employees. I imagine this pharmacy is just not big enough to handle the demand. Maybe update the phone message we get that tells us to pick up our prescription. It wastes tons of people's time to make multiple trips because the phone system is wrong so often. Also, dealing with frustrated customers on a regular basis probably stresses your employees out. Help 'em out, eh?

Prescriptions take a lot of time. Not originally, but for 2 months now. Currently waiting 5 days. Called and ask for a person took 2hrs and disconnected. Down to 1 caller in front of me. That caller was on the phone 1hr 20 min. before I was disconnected. Also disconnected in the morning. Tried in the past with no results. If a customer can't be helped in 5 minutes, the pharmacy needs to get a call-back #. Same as the customers who come in and waste our time, each of us looking at each other in the line with disbelief. Send them on their way. Not worth having as a customer.

The pharmacists are awesome, caring and professional. However, the system is spotty at best. This morning I called in three times and before I could speak to anyone their phone system hung up. The fourth phone call was successful, but the other end of the line was so broken it was hard to understand. The pharmacist acknowledged there are system issues…but this is just a simple phone call. I have the Walgreens app and it says it works, but orders never actually go through.I’m hoping the system issues can get ironed out so the fabulous pharmacists can really shine as they deserve

I have called several times. Each time the call gets directed to the pharmacist they pick up and hang up the phone and won’t even allow me to wait on hold??? What? What kind of business treats their customers this way?

Irresponsible! I scheduled a COVID test and was told by the Walgreens website that I qualify for free testing. When I arrived to Walgreens I was told that they were not ready for me she was very dismissive, and I was asked to pull back around and wait behind the other cars. Once I got back to the place I was originally I was told that they would be charging me $120 for the test. I refused and explained what I was told by the website when I scheduled my appointment. I believe that the staff were unprepared for me and they were entering my information on the spot causing them to miss the fact that it should have been free. I tried to explain what the website had told me and pull it up on my phone, but the lady just started to repeat that it is $120 in a very rude tone. I was not able to get my COVID test due to this. Walmart is a business that has pledged to help with COVID relief, yet it either makes false statements to its customers, or does not train staff on COVID testing procedures.

The pharmacy is a huge mess. 20 to 30 minute wait times only to be told it's not ready. Their phone lines are terrible and it's unfortunate that corporate has let them get this bad.

I ordered 4 posters for same day delivery, specifically because I needed them for when I leave early in the morning tomorrow for a work event in Fargo, ND. It said it would be done toady at 4:45pm. I called at 7:30pm, just making sure the order was done because I was about to head there and never received an email that it was ready. I spoke to someone on the phone, and once they looked into it, they said they didn't have enough paper. Immediate panic because I absolutely needed them for tomorrow and no one ever called to let me know. Incredibly frustrating. I then needed to call another Walgreens who have enough paper to complete my order...thank goodness I did. The person I initially spoke to was nice and offered to do half the order, but it just wasn't something that I could only leave tomorrow with half of. I hope they'll be better at following up with customers in the future if their order won't be ready when they say it will.

I have held off on writing a review about this pharmacy after having multiple bad experiences but this one really makes me mad.My son was prescribed a medication for his nebulizer to help with his cough IN THE MORNING. Called in the afternoon, wasn’t ready. My husband finally drove over at almost 8pm, still wasn’t ready. Said to come back in 20. He came back, and just then they informed him that they don’t have it?! Now my clinic is closed to get a prescription sent elsewhere and he is struggling with his cough. Why were we not informed of this earlier?Another time, they prescribed me the “equivalent” birth control since they were out of mine. An entirely different brand? And they didn’t even notify me of this until I brought it back the next day to ask them why it was a different pill!Someone needs to check this pharmacy. What happened to pharmacies actually wanting to help patients and being open 24/7? Hours of this location suck, drive thru is never open, and horrible customer service.Writing this while on the triage line trying to get a prescription sent elsewhere.

Grant was super helpful and very responsive, nice and respectful. I had to get a perscription filled early and he went out of his way to call the place where I was having it shipped and got it ready for pickup within 15 mins. Yay for Grant at Walgreens in Oak Park Heights!

Put in my order 15 days ago. Granted Memorial Day weekend was involved here, but technically I should have had the prescriptions ready before the holiday weekend. I waited a few more days and then tried calling them. I was on hold for more than a hour and had to hang up due to a prior commitment. Called again because by this time the app showed there was a delay. Waited on hold for another hour only to be told my medication was in that mornings order and would be ready by 6:00 that evening. Next day I went online to see if it was ready only to find out that my prescription was being reviewed! Called again, waited another hour on hold to find that the complete order was not sent. By this time I needed to have it and couldn't wait any longer so was forced to take the incomplete order. Now I am looking forward to having to repeat this process all over again.I am not a new customer at this pharmacy and have given them the benefit of doubt throughout Covid. The process explained above was nothing new, but enough is enough! I was relying on Walgreen's good name, but this pharmacy no longer will have my business.
