“I want to give a special thank you to Kim and Brandon for their exceptional customer service throughout my repair process. Kim was always kind, responsive, and professional. She consistently kept me informed about my vehicle’s status through phone calls and emails, and whenever she told me she would follow up or update me, she always did. That level of communication and reliability meant a lot during such a stressful time. Brandon also went above and beyond. He took the time to meet with me one-on-one to work through my backup camera concerns, patiently explaining things and making adjustments with me in person. He also spent time discussing my concerns during a three-way call with my insurance company and was always willing to answer my questions. Like Kim, he followed through on what he said he would do, and I truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and professionalism. Experiencing a vehicle fire and navigating the repair process has been a life-changing and stressful experience. While I still have some concerns about my vehicle, I want to recognize Kim and Brandon for the care, dedication, and integrity they showed throughout the process. They consistently treated me with respect, kept their word, and made me feel heard. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for everything they did to help me.”

“Bought a access truck bed cover here and after a few months some warranty done. Everything went great. Staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. There's a variety to choose from and when I was looking into a cheaper cover they showed me the pros and cons. I bought a better one that suited me for what I wanted”

“Just saw Victoria, the assistant manager at O’Reilly‘s auto parts. She was absolutely awesome helping me with a rear wiper blade for a 2021 Toyota RAV. She was professional, polite, and passionate about her job and her customer care. Recommend immediate promotion to manager with a pay raise.”

“5 Stars – Outstanding service at this location! My car wasn't running, and the team here completely saved the day. They let me use their diagnostic engine computer to read the codes, which helped me figure out exactly what was wrong. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this AutoZone if you need great customer service”

“This is the BEST place for service. Today was a simple oil change and they got me in right away, without an appointment, also bought a new battery which was needed. I purchased tires from Fleet Farm last year and couldn’t have found a better deal. The staff are incredible! Marnie is such a fun person to chat with. They all are so friendly and kind. Best place ever!”
