“Had almost given up on Radco and my current topper. had issues with install and adjustments at Blaine location. New back window/ door installed and told it was a tight fit and couldn't be adjusted. I cobbled together a solution that I could live with. Also emailed company expressing my frustration. Got a call from Oakdale location saying they would take a look at it. Jeremy got it set up great. Latches adjusted and working properly. Even found a flaw in the seal when topper was made that he is trying to get taken care of. Jeremy is top notch.
