Just saw Victoria, the assistant manager at O’Reilly‘s auto parts. She was absolutely awesome helping me with a rear wiper blade for a 2021 Toyota RAV. She was professional, polite, and passionate about her job and her customer care. Recommend immediate promotion to manager with a pay raise.
