“Great service and knowledgeable shop. Brought my bike in after it sat in the shop and asked for recommendations. They did a maintenance check and let me know my bike needed nothing more. Took about 2 days before i got my bike back.”
“I bought an awesome skateboard for my grandson through Erik's. I spoke with some on phone, I purchased online and I went in for pickup. Every step of the way I was guided with kindness & professionalism. Absolutely 💯 customer service!!”
“Coffe shop/Bike Shope. Large tea selection. Fun shop located inside Union Depot in downtown St. Paul. Seating are outside the shop inside the Union Depost in the first floor. Friendly service. Regular traffic. Somewhat quiet if you needed to work. Great spot to wait if your Amtrak is delayed.”

“The staff at Gateway Cycle is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that they always help me get the bikes in/out of my car! Their pricing is reasonable and the repairs are always done well and with care. I especially love that, since I purchased my bike at Gateway Cycle, I get a free tuneup every January in preparation for the Spring/Summer/Fall riding!”
