We recently worked with Margaret Tozier at CCF Bank securing a loan for a second home/cabin/recreational land. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. She was: quick to answer any questions. Knowledgeable about product offerings. Professional and fun in her communication. Her Friday updates were refreshing! You don't find many people in the service business who actually follow up with you on a consistent basis. Even when no actual updates are happening, you can still count on the weekly touch point as a simple check in - like "hey, I didn't forget about you". Thank you Margaret for making this an excellent experience. We have no negative thoughts or feelings associated with buying our recreational home! You are appreciated!!

Update: I did speak with Courtney and she was very helpful and listened and resolved the issue. I appreciate her reaching out and have updated my rating to reflect that.Original: Poor customer service and their technology is behind the times. Their website failed when I attempted to make a payment and therefore I was charged a late fee (yes, I waited until the end to make the payment and I acknowledged that but at the same time I expect the bank to stand behind their system). I provided evidence of the website failure but they ignored that and refused to refund the fee.

This is our second time using ccf to finance a home and they are fantastic. Margaret was our loan agent and she is on point. Very friendly and helpful. She was in contact with us every step of the way and went out of her way to make sure we understood what was happening and what was the next step. We will be using her the next time we purchase a house for our 3rd time. Thanks ccf and Margaret for making a stressful time so stress free.

Horrid “customer service,” if you could call it that. I opened up several accounts with a large check. I was given incorrect information about funds availability. Instead of apologizing and taking accountability, they waited til AFTER I signed the paperwork and then there was “nothing they could do,” even after the incorrect information was given to me.

Have been utilizing CCF for some time, I can say they are incredibly easy to work with. People are so polite and understanding, try them you will be satisfied! Every time I go into the bank I am out of there within a few minutes, they understand and execute customer service.

Was very happy with Wells FEDERAL Bank. CCF Bank sucks. They charge extra fees for every every little thing possible. Computer/on-line system diffucult to access. Even when I went into a bank location, the clerk had difficulty. Thanks to shutting down several locations, it is 2 1/2 hour drive to the nearest branch. Closed my accounts, tired of being ripped off.

Very bad customer service. The woman working was incredibly disrespectful to a customer who wanted to convert his coins into cash. Very uncomfortable witnessing that transaction. Meanwhile, I had bad customer service over the phone with a question I had a few weeks later. I will be canceling my account ASAP.
