I will NEVER set foot in THIS O'Reilly's again! Lived here for 58 years been to this one too many times to count. First, kid sold me the wrong part so I had to make trip back. Then, blonde with bun on top her head, who has a mouth on her, made a snide remark to the bumbling employee regarding me!! IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE EXTRA TRIPS, AND, HAVE REMARKS MADE AS YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR TO THE STAFF AND ANOTHER CUSTOMER...then, best of luck to ya. My family will spend our money elsewhere. Hands Down the Greatest Experience I’ve ever had at a parts store! I walked in and was greeted with the biggest beautiful smile! Lisa is like a ray of sunshine! I always hated going into a parts store but not no more! Lisa asked me how she could help me, I told her I needed a number of different things from wiper blades, motor oil, my car was making a bunch of noises and I had a headlight out. I gave her my license plate number and away she went! She had gathered all my items checked me out and away she went. After installing my new wiper blades, head lights and fluids. She asked me to start my car, and she made sure all the lights worked, wipers worked, she noticed my tire was low and helped me get that I was good to go! Absolutely wonderful young lady! Thank you Lisa!
