“It's pretty black & white, you pay for the size of the unit you need, & they will accomidate you (if they have a unit open) I have been using their storage for a while & experienced that they will take time to explain any questions you have, even over the phone they will do what they can to help you with your situation. Very nice people & place to store my things! Plus I have had no security problems at all.?Thanks Stephen's Storage.”

“The experience with this PS has been nothing short of amazing! I've been coming to drop stuff every day in advance of our move- convenience of mobile app access to the gate, easy in-out-and back on the highway, and clean/well kept grounds. On days when it snowed, the driveways were plowed right away in the morning. Also, Shellie is fantastic and great to work with - I had forgotten to replace my lock one day, so she was able to temporary secure it until the next day when I came back. Overall would recommend and use again for my next move.”

No actual times that they'll be in.
There has been an "IT issue" since Saturday but we've seen multiple people access their units. I was told they'd call us with a temporary key so we could have access to our property/belongings. If this is supposed to be a safe place for our belongings why the hell is there no communication with us or access to communication with you guys? We can't get ahold of property manager and it's not always an option for us to drive down there.
Biggest complaint here is the lack of information and being told he would call us back. He didn't, I've called multiple times with NO answer. I've left 2 voicemails... 1st I was nice about, 2nd one I mean. The second we have access to our belongings we're out.

I think his name is Tom finally came to the office. We talked a bit and he was understanding of me being upset and wanting to rage; we joked a bit and he was able to get me in. It was a temporary code... but I hope the IT gets itself figured out.
Seriously if you're about to leave a review because of the same issues - you aren't alone and it may feel like it's choosing it's victims (don't let that make you go crazy, you're complying and you paid; you're valid).
Seriously though, I think a text line with whoever is in office would be beneficial/office cell phone.
Other than the issues this week it's been smooth. Although my partner did point out that maybe y'all can give those of us struggling with this issue a month free of rent/no rent. ??♀️”

Unfortunately we have had some bad luck with units from public storage and hopefully someday Sam the listing lady will get better at her listings and accuracy but until then I will remain appreciative of helpful employees like Jeremy who are understanding, respectful and apologetic when things are not as they should be!”

“The team at Quality is fantastic! Valarie is part coordinator and part therapist, easing all qualms about the process. Gavin, Hunter, Denny and Z did an outstanding job moving me out! So professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Four stars because of bad info from the (now former) owner that caused a problem, and although the issue couldn't be resolved, they did make it right and the amazing crew adapted and still got it done. 4 1/2 stars if I could!”

“I am responding to the Google review posted 2 weeks ago by a previous customer and will state the facts of what occurred and how it was handled.The incident that Deanna Reed reports took place in June 2018, 2 years and 4 months ago. On June 24th, 2018, the customer called the storage office to report that her unit had been broken into. The manager met the customer at the storage unit an hour after her call. Customer reported that the lock on the unit was locked when she arrived, additionally, there was no damage to the lock, unit door or any other storage units. The customer reported that a number of things were gone from the unit. She stated it had been at least 2 months since she had been to the unit, but was not sure when she had been there last.Stillwater Advance Self Storage does have surveillance cameras which cover the unit rented by this customer. Our system consultant reviewed the video available and found no suspicious activity, which was reported to the customer and sheriff’s deputy handling the report.The manager and owner of Stillwater Advance Self Storage strive to provide good customer service to our renters. I made arrangements in advance and when I arrived at the store all the paperwork was in order and wheelchair was ready to go. The wheelchair was in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The return was just as easy too. If we need a wheelchair again, while in Minnesota, we will call ABC Rentals.”

We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure. The communication is clear, simple to understand and straightforward. Holly is a welcoming presence and handles any issue or question with quick and in-depth knowledge. The facility is laid out in a sensible manner and carts are always available and where you expect them. Because of this ease of use, I didn't realize "how good we've had it" here until a recent frustrating experience at a different company's storage locker in Edina for my mother.
