I feel that a lot of auto shops take an advantage of women not knowing about cars. The auto shop on Conway sent me pictures of my vehicle and the maintenance information. Sent me quotes via email. Explained my bill to me. I can say that I am very satisfied. I don’t like dropping my car off to shops and like to be there when they work on it, but today I took a chance and the results was worth it. Drives like new and have no complaints.”

As a single mom who doesn’t know anything about cars, I have been nervous about taking my car anywhere because I don’t want to get ripped off or taken advantage of. Also, they identified that one of my rims was bent (I damaged it prior to coming in) and they were able to bend it back for me which was very much appreciated being that I didnt want to purchase a new rim unless I absolutely had to. “I had a chronic leak in the RF tire of my Chevy Volt for years. I took it to four different repair shops over time, and each time they said it needed a new valve stem and TPS sender. This never fixed the issue. Finally I brought it to White Bear Tire, and they discovered corrosion in the wheel, surrounding the valve stem. They cleaned that out, and now, months later, there is no leak at all. Thanks guys!”
