“Lloyd's is one of the best repair shops I've ever worked with. They are professional, courteous and they do what they say the are going to, when they say they'll do it and for the price they quoted. We are a one car family, so it's important that we have the work completed on time!
Lloyd's is probably not the cheapest place in town. However, they use high quality parts and everyone -- including the front desk folks -- knows their stuff. They go the extra mile. For example, I had 2 brake lights go out within a day. I stopped in to see if they could help. They suggested it was probably the sockets rather than the bulbs. They got me an appointment for the next morning, but, since I was driving without brake lights, Jim at the front desk went and put 2 new bulbs in at no charge while I waited. They have also warrantied parts that went bad too soon, replacing at no cost including eating the labor.
They are the real deal!”

“I’ve been coming to Greenline for about 12 years since I moved into the Midway neighborhood. They have always given phenomenal, fair and kind / courteous service.
Ralph was fantastic, and now Steve, as the new owner has picked right up where Ralph left off: kind, fair, accommodating, competent.
I have a newer vehicle so I typically service at the dealership now. But Steve was awesome for getting me in on short notice a year ago for a punctured tire repair. And today, he got me in (with one day’s notice) for oil change and tire rotation / as I couldn’t schedule as needed with the dealership before a trip.
Like Ralph, Steve cares about people and good business practice / reputation, which welcomes new customers as well as maintaining the old!!

“St. Paul Automotive had stepped up to help me more than I could have ever imagined. I had an oil change done and the next day, the engine froze up on the highway and there was oil leaking all over the place. I called St. Paul Automotive right away and they had me tow it in so they could determine the cause of the issue. After reviewing the work performed with the oil change and the engine, they were not able to accurately determine what the cause of the engine seizing was from. They realize that I had only driven 36 miles since the oil change and not being able to determine the fault of the issue, they offered to take the hit on the repair and cover the replacement engine. This was a life saver. I was freaking out about the cost and what went wrong. It turned out that it also needed a new starter (as I tried to turn it over a couple of times after it died.) I paid for the starter and they took care of getting everything fixed. The support of the team, James B, and Blaine was beyond top notch. I can see why this auto shop has been around locally for as long as it has. They have the best customer service and I will recommend them to anyone who needs auto maintenance.”

“I can’t say enough positive things about Josh, the service manager, and the team here.
I was two hours from home, in an area I wasn’t familiar with, when I experienced total/catastrophic brake failure. It was a stressful and scary situation, but Josh helped me every step of the way. He kept me updated, explained what they were finding, showed me the parts that had failed, and walked me through how those parts worked and why my brakes failed the way they did.
You always hear stories about repair shops trying to upsell people or take advantage of a bad situation, but that was not my experience at all. Josh never came across like a salesperson. He came across as someone who genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe to drive again.
What stood out even more was watching how he treated other customers. While I was there, an elderly woman came in after having tires installed somewhere else because one of her new tires was losing air. Josh helped get the tire taken care of and sent her on her way without charging her. Yes, it was an easy fix, but he still could have charged her for it. Instead, he simply helped her. The look on her face said it all - she was so grateful. Seeing him treat others with that same kindness made me feel even better about choosing this location.
On top of all that, Josh helped me save money through the whole process, including taking care of an additional repair after the initial work was done. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare, especially when you’re already stressed and far from home.
Josh is exactly the type of person we need more of in the car repair industry - helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing. I’m extremely thankful for him and his team. Not all heroes wear capes.

They've always been fast and the prices have always been very reasonable. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great service and low cost, good quality, used tires.”

“I had my tires on my Lexus SUV changed at Tires Plus and received amazing service from start to finish. The manager and staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how welcoming and efficient everyone was. I was able to apply for tires plus credit card and get interest free financing for a few months giving me time to pay off the tires in full, it saved me a lot of interest i would of paid on my credit card!!!I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing tire service.
