“While traveling from out of state, and in South Dakota, our dog Chummy broke his leg. We went to a fantastic emergency vet there, however unfortunately they were not able to fix this sort of a fracture. They contacted your emergency vet and we drove through the night to get him there, arriving at 2am. We were immediately met with your caring staff, and he was quickly addressed. We left him in great hands! We were kept updated on everything that was happening, and he came out of the surgery great! We can't thank you all enough, for everything that you did for him, and us! We are back home in the UP of Michigan with him, and he is recuperating! Thank you all so very much!”

“Not only are these the most knowledgeable people in the business, they’re also the kindest and most helpful. Between myself and my parents, we’ve taken four cats (multiple with special medical needs) to Parkview over the years, and we’ve yet to find anywhere else as gentle, thorough, and knowledgable. They have consistantly provided us with top-notch care, free samples of percription diet food to try, and painless refearls to specalists.
With near perfect reviews, I never felt the need to write my own five-star review, but after yesterday’s experience, it would be kind of insane not to.
It was the kind of day that only would ever happen to me (or perhaps Charlie Chaplin). We took my cat, Leon, in for a visit and after we returned to the parking lot, we found that the car had died. Multiple staff members helped us to try to jump-start the car (it didn’t take, but I’m incredibly greatful none the less). While we waited for a friend to show up in their car, they let us hang out in the waiting room and offered us snacks and drinks.
After assistance showed up, we were transfering things betweens cars and Leon managed to bust the zipper on his carrier, esaped, and was loose on the strip. The receptionist saw and multiple people ran outside to help heard and collect him. We got him, he’s totally fine if you were worried. The whole experience was so incredibly humbling — I’m probably the biggest pain in the ass that ever walked through their doors — but I am so so so greatful to everyone who never hesitated to help us.
I swear undying fealty to Parkview Cat Clinic. In their hour of need, I will ride under their banner.”

“We started taking our pup to Rice pet clinic when he was very ill. We learned he had Blastomycosis which is a very rare and highly fatal fungal infection. The vets and staff at Rice Pet Clinic were so patient and kind through the whole process. We’ve worked primarily with Dr. Jason who did not make me feel forced into any tests or procedures along the way. Instead he provided his recommendations and listened when I forward with recommendations that I had found based on my own research and help through a support group. We took each step together. It’s been almost a year of bringing our pup in every 1-2 months or so for labs and he’s almost in the clear! Thank you so much Dr. Jason and team!”

I felt like I was treated so kind and respectfully and like I was truly part of the team. I was headed out of town in 24 hours time and my dog was sick. Not emergency room sick, but worrisome to me. Just the right amount of testing was done, nothing over the top, and I got wonderful follow up from the DVM after my dog's xray was read. “I really love At Home Animal Clinic. They are very friendly and reasonably priced. The only negative thing I can say is, I don’t like them pushing grain dog food on me for my dog. My dog does not like the type of food they recommend. I’m very happy with the food I feed her.”

“There are genuinely no words for the absolutely wonderful service at Arcade Animal Hospital. Dr. Jane has been seeing our pets for years. Our dog Butch loved Dr. Jane as soon as he met her, and he did until he passed at almost 17. Our dog Valkyrie is nervous, but she still gives Dr. Jane more love than she does with most people.
We recently inherited our dog Thumper, and Dr. Jane was there for her the very same day she got a leg injury. Now my cat Bellatrix has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, and there is literally no way I would have been able to navigate this without Dr. Jane. Bellatrix needs twice-daily insulin and consistent glucose testing, and at the beginning of treatment she needs to be seen pretty often. Dr. Jane has not only cared for her so carefully, but has also researched cost-saving options for me. I’ve never once been judged for mistakes while learning how to manage Bellatrix’s care, and I’ve always been greatly encouraged for the effort I’ve put in.
I have never seen a vet offer such fair prices for their services either. I am so deeply grateful for Arcade Animal Hospital, and as long as they’re open, I would never trust my little babies with anyone else. 🐾”
“We found a kitten out in the snow in bad condition and we called around everywhere but Birch Lake Animal Hospital was the only place that good could us in that same day. We saw Dr.Emily Stenseng and she was incredible! She was very kind and personable not only to our kitten but also to my husband and I. All of her staff from front desk to the vet techs and assistants were all so kind and friendly, thorough and efficient. They really made a lasting impression on us and because of their kindness we will be bringing our kitten back! Thanks for everything!”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Inver Grove Heights Animal Hospital. From the very first call with their answering service, to the front desk staff, veterinary technicians, and veterinarian who cared for my pregnant queen that was needing emergency surgery, every single person was absolutely amazing.
We were dealing with a very stressful and frightening situation, and the compassion, professionalism, communication, and genuine care they showed us meant more than I can put into words. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure she received the emergency care she needed, and I always felt like she was in caring and capable hands.
