“I have to tell you folks, I have never had a bad experience at a UPS store, but Dave at the US 52N UPS store has consistently gone above and beyond any expectations, and I cannot recommend him or his store highly enough.

Back in April, my wife and I were planning to print wedding programs at Office Max, as their web site indicated we could take digital files in as late as 2 p.m. and have them done same-day. Turns out (nothing against them) that they wanted north of $1,000 to print, and that the type of print job we wanted was an exception to the 2 p.m. same-day rule, as it could not be printed in-store. This was three days before the wedding, and there was no way we were getting mailed-out programs back in time.

Enter Dave and his colleagues, who were very patiently taking an immense line of Amazon return packages from an increasingly testy queue of customers.

When it was my turn, I explained that I had a 24-page brochure for a wedding program that I really needed by Saturday, and if there was any way they could print a hundred of these, I'd be eternally grateful.

Did this faze Dave. No, no it did not. Dave booted up the PC and the printer and had me sketch out how I wanted the pages to print, and then sat their patiently for 20 minutes running test prints until it looked right. He told me he'd do them himself, and it should be by the end of the day on Friday at the latest, and if somehow it was not, he would drive them up to our venue on Saturday morning.

However, he did not need to drive up and be an impromptu (though welcome) guest at our Saturday wedding in Miesville, because Dave had them all printed by the end of the day on Thursday, and he called me three times from when I left the store with updates.

Total cost was just over $350.00. No charge for all his extra time figuring out my .pdfs, no charge for the test printing to get it right.

Everyone should be like Dave.”

“These guys have ongoing staffing issues. However overall they do a great job. They're kind, helpful, and prompt in office. They have a good selection of stamps available for a small town office. My only criticism is that their mail guy is always smoking like a chimney when he's on route, sorting and placing our mail, and the area always smells like a bar for a bit after he passes through. Oh and I had a few misplaced packages when I first moved into town, but my neighbors were helpful in finding those and after a few months of being here that was a non-issue.”

“There's always plenty of employees to help out, my questions get answered and it's typically a quick in & out experience all things considered. This is definitely my recommended post office in Rochester MN.”
